Shaunquitta Walker has been an avid supporter of dance for many years, primarily volunteering and being the "Dance Mom". She has been a public servant for over 30 years and brings a wealth of knowledge and structure to the board.

 Mamie Johnson, Cleveland native and dance advocate. Mamie brings over 50 years of dance legacy to the organization.

Rikki Daugherty, CPA, NSA has a passion to help alleviate the wealth gap in America by providing useful financial advice to those who are ready to break free from the poverty cycle. Rikki understands how representation is important in the financial industry and is excited to serve. She has been in the financial sector for over 9 years working in areas of tax preparation, financial advising, commercial credit, and notary services. In her free time, she enjoys watching cooking shows, fine dining, traveling around the world, and learning about almost anything. She currently resides in Cleveland Ohio with her family.
